These terms are between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [COMPANY REGISTERED ADDRESS], registered under [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER] (“we”, “us”, “Victoria Glow”). By placing an order you accept them.

Adding items to your bag is not an order. A contract forms only when we confirm your order by email after payment is authorised. If we cannot fulfil an order — an item sold out between your click and our stock check, or a price was listed in obvious error — we will tell you and refund you in full. We are not obliged to sell at an obviously incorrect price.

Prices are shown in Turkish Lira and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of the order through our payment provider. We accept the card types listed at checkout.

We describe everything as accurately as we can, including ingredients, hair specifications and fabric composition. Colours vary between screens, and manufacturers occasionally reformulate — always read the label on the product you receive. Nothing on this site is medical advice; if you have a skin or scalp condition, speak to a doctor or pharmacist.

Brand names shown on this site belong to their respective owners. Victoria Glow is an independent retailer and is not owned by, operated by, or officially affiliated with any of the brands it stocks. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of endorsement or partnership.

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at care@victorianbeautyline.com if you think someone else has access, and change your password — doing so signs out every other device.

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything in these terms.

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumer disputes may be taken to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in your place of residence.
